no win no fee

A contingent fee agreement is known as no win no fee agreements include a deal in which customers only pay attorney’s fees if they win this case and their lawyers will not have to pay if they lose. In some cases additional charges may be payable if they are served by lawyers, such as court costs and expert fees settled in advance.
